We are looking for an HR Generalist to lead the team members at the Harrison, AR location.
In addition to managing the day-to-day Human Resources activities, the successful candidate must ensure compliance with corporate governance.
Coordinate personnel activities to include staffing, new hire process, general benefits administration, and coordination.
KEY JOB RESPONSIBILITIES Provide an effective HR advisory service to employees that includes but not limited to absence management and health issues, conduct and capability, grievances, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters.
Assist in hourly talent acquisition and recruitment processes.
Conduct employee onboarding and help plan training & development including coordinate training for employee benefit programs.
Assist with open enrollment.
Provide support to employees in various HR-related topics such as personal/FMLA leave and compensation and resolve any issues related to the forementioned.
Promote HR programs to create an able and conflict-free workplace environment.
Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form.
Ensure compliance with labor regulations, including workforce commission and state of Arkansas information requests and hearing.
Participate in development of HR objectives and systems, including metrics, queries, and ongoing reports for company requirements.
Track and coordinate temporary agency employees.
Verify timecards are processed in a timely manner.
Employee relations, provide guidance regarding disciplinary actions, supervisor, and employee counseling as appropriate.
Coordinate paperwork cycles, creating employment letters, verifying employment dates, and replying to other information requests, Workforce Commissions and Sate of Arkansas information requests.
Receive and process changes (Employee Change Requests) and other paperwork.
The process ranges from simple changes such as address changes to time consuming and involved changes like name and social security number changes.
Enter data changes to employees' records such as pay changes, promotions, hires, and terminations.
Respond to human resources-related inquiries such as address changes or bank changes with payroll dept.
PTO requests and answer questions regarding PTO.
Trouble shoot discrepancies with PTO information/Policy.
Attendance Line and Attendance Counts Coordinator Perform other duties as assigned and as required for Human Resources department support.
Maintaining employee and workplace privacy.
JOB REQUIREMENTS Degree or equivalent work experience in Human Resources (7
if no degree, 5 years w/degree) Understanding of applicable federal and state laws.
Knowledge of ADP Strong Microsoft (Excel, PowerPoint, and Word) knowledge.
Ability to communicate at all levels of the organization.
Must be able to maintain and safeguard confidential information.
High energy level and self-motivated.
Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with team members Experience in conflict resolution, disciplinary processes, and workplace investigations.
Experience in the Manufacturing sector preferred.
Ability to give presentations.
Knowledge of relevant health and safety laws.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
