To generate reports and compile data in various formats for all facets of cargo claims. To provide administrative reporting support for the cargo claims department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Compiles data through report generation and queries for various ADHOC report summaries.
Compiles data for Cargo Claims reports to demonstrate frequencies and develop trend analysis.
Develop various spreadsheets and databases for report and display purposes.
Supplies reports to outside departments and other companies, information related to claim resolution.
Reports systems failures and service calls to the appropriate FedEx personnel and outside vendors.
Performs various file transfers into the Cargo Claims database.
Implements appropriate network systems solutions and contingency plans during outages.
Acts as a communication liaison.
This position will be located in Harrison, Arkansas. Relocation is not available for this position.
High School Diploma/G.E.D.
Three (3) years' experience in generating automated reports, data compilation reporting, and general bookkeeping or three (3) years' experience in the cargo claims department.
Good communication skills.

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
