To perform various duties in support of claims unit responsibilities.
Receives, date stamps, sorts and distributes department mail.
Reviews and enters claims information via CRT and DP/WP letters as appropriate.
Updates and maintains claim and other files.
Prepares and executes check requests via automated system.
Assists claims unit personnel and management when needed.
Assigns claims to the appropriate claims personnel
This position will be located in Harrison, Arkansas. Relocation assistance will not be provided for this position.
High School Diploma / GED
Two (2) years' general business experience
Typing skills
Word processing experience
Good communication skills

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
