Provide technical administration support for the timekeeping system; Support FedEx Freight Canada Payroll.
1. Conduct research, data gathering, business analysis and development of strategies to support business decision making and business process requirements
2. Provide assistance with payroll related issues and questions from various areas within the organization
3. Serve as point of contact for timekeeping application support; maintain system security
4. Identify and resolve functional and technical issues; work in collaboration with end users, vendors, other analysts and programmers/IT in the design process and system functionality
5. Perform analysis to investigate variances from expected outcomes
6. Develop and maintain in-depth understanding of payroll/timekeeping products and evaluate existing functionality as new versions are released
7. Develop and recommend process and procedure enhancements; evaluate new processes/procedures and document overall impact results
8. Work with various Project Teams; participate in research, planning, design, analysis, testing and implementation of applications of system upgrades and / or new timekeeping related modules; identify program problems and develop solutions
9. Develop processes and tests for quarterly reviews and Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) compliance
10. Develop training materials and conduct training as appropriate
11. Comply with all applicable laws/regulations, as well as company policies/procedures
12. Perform other assignments (or duties) as required

o Bachelor's in Computer Science/Information Systems, Business, Accounting or Finance or four (4) years equivalent work experience supporting payroll or timekeeping systems plus two (2) years related timekeeping systems experience
o KRONOS Timekeeping experience, preferred
o Ability to work independently and as a team member and take initiative in fast paced work environment
o Able to exercise sound judgment and problem solving adhering to deadlines and resource constraints
o Strong analytical, process analysis and planning skills
o Good time management, organizational and interpersonal skills
o Must be detail oriented
o Experience and ability to use Microsoft Office Software, including but not limited to; Word, Excel, and Outlook
o Knowledge of Visio or other flowcharting software and Microsoft Project, preferred
o Good verbal and written communication skills with demonstrated ability to interact with all levels within the organization

o Must be able to travel
o Must obtain or possess a current passport
o Hours may vary due to operational need

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
